
Stephen S. Photopoulos is licensed to practice law in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS throughout the United States. Steve regularly represents clients in a variety of tax and business matters, including entity formation, individual and business tax planning, tax audit and controversy, settlement of tax debts and penalty abatement, property tax assessment appeals, contract disputes, and shareholder/partner disputes.
